The rooms are top-notch, with a great big bed that's super comfy to sleep in. 🛏️ the staff here are really nice and go out of their way to help you out. the food is delicious, and they provide fantastic service to top it off.

By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Ha Long, had much fun. The staff was helpful and attentive, always on hand when needed. Really enjoyed our rooms with a great view. The location was stunning, just off the bay as well as the cave and Ti Top island. Easily reached The Square Restaurant, located relatively near the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Magnificent views, beautiful setting.
Possibly the best and unforgettable stay for 1 night. Best and very attentive staff with great local knowledge. Well-appointed and absolutely fantastic room with luxury bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows. A safe, a mini bar, and an electronic key card - very useful.

the room there was good sized and luxurious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast with seafood and vietnamese options, for instance was rich for what you got.
